For the international student who isn't sure what's next — for the traveler who wants to remember how big the world is — a coastline is the right kind of trail. Mountain on your left, Pacific on your right, no visible end ahead. As you walk, the world quietly becomes bigger than you thought. So do you.
This is not a sightseeing day. It's a rehearsal for going somewhere far.

Who You'll Walk With
PEVA's founding Lead Walker. Has lived across South America, Nepal, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States — then walked her way home to Taiwan. WFR · EMT-1 certified. Fifteen years of K-12 outdoor education across Taiwan. Longdong is the trail she takes anyone visiting Taiwan for the first time — when they ask what the island actually feels like.

One of Taiwan's most dramatic coastlines — walking along the cape ridge with the Pacific on your right the entire way. Moderate difficulty, this is the trail for people who want to find out if they can go a little further than they thought.
